Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% non-refundable cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. This will NOT go towards your next service. If payment fails, your profile will be flagged until your cancellation fee has been paid. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I have a zero tolerance policy for no-show/no-call guests. Please keep the kiddos at home unless they are being serviced. The salon environment can be boring and unsafe for them. Thanks for your understanding!
